Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — please contact support.

VisaPath AI and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by VisaPath AI Ltd and protected by UK and international copyright laws. You retain ownership of the content you upload.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VisaPath AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Immigration decisions are your sole responsibility.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
